Over President's Day weekend, we took the girls to CA to visit the Bartlett bunch. They had the best time with their cousins. It is so fun that they have 3 girls about the same ages as our 3 girls. They played for hours all weekend....they played at the park, the pool, the beach, the house. It was perfect! We love our family!

January Happenings
Now that Charley is 8, she gets to start going to Activity Days!!! Her first activity was an Activity Day's Talent show. She was so brave and decided she wanted to hoop dance. She was awesome!
My little baby is growing up. I just signed her up for Preschool this coming fall! I normally don't do two years of preschool for the girls, but some changes are happening at work, and I may need to start going into the office and decided to go when Dani is in preschool. I have a meeting with my boss next week to go over the changes. So when everything is finalized, I will post more about the details! But Dani was excited when I told her she got to go to school this year. Too bad it's still a ways away!
I have lived in Utah for 15 years, and in those 15 years I have never once been to the Sundance Film Festival. But this year we decided to go see "Listen to me Marlon." It was a documentary on Marlon Brando. My parents live in Marlon Brando's childhood home. And a film crew came and got footage of my parents house a while back, and it was featured in the film. I wanted to go see it! It was a really good film. It was sad because he led a sad life, but it was interesting to learn about this man who used to live in my house.
And of course my birthday! I have some really amazing friends and family! I woke up to breakfast in bed made by Ben and the girls. Then I was able to help in Gabby's Kindergarten class. My sweet friends had a cute lunch for me and two other friends, who all have birthdays within a week of each other. But we had the lunch on my birthday. And then that night Ben and I went to a men's BYU volleyball game with our good friends the Forbes. We haven't gone to one in years, and I was so excited to go again!
January was a good month!
